  • I just got back from Kobe from visiting my family and worked out at oasis gym on tor road on a trial membership for a week. It was real small and was the first time I've worked out in a Japanese gym. It gave me the impression the Japanese fitness industry is pretty dated in terms of strength and conditioning from what the personal trainers were doing to help their clients achieve their goals. maybe the gym i went to attracts more casual clientele.I'll try to see some more gyms my next visit!

  • Such a nice guy

  • that was a smith not a squat rack and a hack squat not a quad extention

  • The Conbini guy recommends the very most expensive one. Smart guy.

  • Does anyone understand the English music LOL?

  • what do you do for work up there?

  • awesome gym.

and conbini food is so delicious in japan and lots of healthy choices!

    im jealous dude!

  • 10:34 i love that song, can someone remind me its name ?

  • Nice japanese there. Maybe you should do a video on how hard out is to become fluent

  • ...like what is your camera placed on while your on your motorbike ? lol

  • where do you work?

  • This was very informative! Your Japanese is so good!

  • good, informative, low-key style videos. watching as much of your video collection as i have time for (you have so many)...sort of wondering, do the random japanese people you sometimes film, like the guy at the store or the people at thegym or the woman in the kobe lighted tree area, ever feel uncomfortable because of your filming....or are most japanese people o.k with it?

  • @japanascope Sir

Great video. That is a very nice sports club. I loved the Budokan in Okinawa ken. It was like 250en for the day ticket about 15 years ago. I would workout then do my budo all in the same place. Thanks for sharing. Osu

  • Excellent video. I am a gym rat and I have wondered about the gym situation in Japan. I have been a certified trainer in the states and I wondered if it was practical to think of trying to do that in Japan. It would require some mad language skills to do the certification test in Japan. Discussing kinesiology in Japanese is more difficult than discussing the weather.

  • @GengoNoTabi Sir

If you get some info on the test (Japanese certified trainer) please posted a video on it.And if you take and pass it please give us some samples of the test. Thanks

  • I heard he says "Oni rigi" means riceballs. Correct?

  • WoW I feel sorry for out Fit Club :( Hopefully you will get some girls in this gym man :)

  • The best real life Japan ever!!!

I'm impressed by how well you speak in Japanese like a native speaker. Btw, is it possible for you to show us your apartment tour?

Merry Christmas! Thank you for sharing!

  • @kayanomae Best real life in Japan? LoL only if you wouldn't work your ass off for it.

  • What do you do for work? You have such late hours.

  • @89cadi He could be an English teacher. I guess.

  • Awesome video dude. You incorporated a bunch of good stuff in this one. The riding the motorcycle, checking out different places there and interacting with people. This is the best video yet! Keep it up man.

  • Very nice! Thank you for share.

    Merry Christmas!

  • You make some great videos. Please don't ever stop making them.

BTW, your videos make me hungry.

  • What is your job, if you don't mind me asking?
