Why Krishna didn't marry Radha was because she was married to someone else, they had the custom of prearranged marriages, so they were lovers, and from bhakti perspective this is the highest form of love, because of the separation between the lovers, increase the intensity of their love. So dont consider them as a simple lover, it was the most purest and richest relationship .

Krishna-Ram-Brahma-Indra are vedic Aryan lord.
Vishnu is Dravidian lord.
