What would you have in it instead of the 302? Anything bigger enthusiast on a budget wouldn't be able to afford it. You know they have a Boss 429 Mustang so one for the beginner and one for the big spender. You gotta admitt tho it does sound nice.
Name comes from a automotive designer by the name of Lawrence Kiyoshi (Larry) Shinoda known for designing the late corvette and late mustang. Passed away of heart failure at the age of 67 in 1997.
