Wily Fight 7 - First one's okay, Second one is really epic and you can tell it's final battle

Wily Fight 8 - First one's great, but I disagree on your opinion on the second one. I really enjoy it. The new NES remix is way better though.

Fight M&B - Bad. Really bad.

The second is boring, is the only boss theme in the game!

The third...yeah, it's good.

The fourth is repetitive, but longer than the first!

The fifth is awful! I prefer the capsule theme!

The sixth I agree: it's great!

The eighth, I don't like really it...

The nineth is very good and longer than the themes before.

Robotnik pilot's ALL of his creations through out Sonic history. Wily rides a select few machines himself, but has been doing so since Megaman 1. This makes them about even on that field. Robotnik and Wily have both made some basic AI for the small enemies that riddle the stages. that makes them even here too. Wily has built (on most occasions) 8 robot masters, and at least 4 fortress guards for his fortress. Robotnic has resorted to building a mechanicial versions of Sonic several times.

MM9 This one nailed it. Absolutely epic. MM8 2 I know people hate it, but I love this one to death. MM7 2 Easily the most frantic sounding Wily theme. MM5 Complete Works version sounds amazing. MM8 1 A very evil sounding theme. MM6 Really helps set the tone for 7's intro. MM&B Pretty sinister sounding. MM2 Good, but bogged down by it's overuse. MM3 Fits the bosses really well. 3-It really feels action-packed, really suits the Megaman series, and the Yellow Devil MK II

5-I like the intro, but this could've been better. Just sayin.

MM&B-Eh. It's ok, nothing too special to me.

9-Yes! This is epic! The Warning-siren in the beginning and middle is awesome, and fits perfectly with the fight. I love it.

You know what, I take that back MM9 had the best Wily theme. The melody is PERFECT. MM3's was also awesome but it was more flash than substance.

3 doesn't have a theme specific to Wily - that was the fortress boss theme. It wasn't until 4 that they started given the final battle its own unique theme. I guess if forced to choose I would personally go with 6 - it seems to sound like the final battle of the final battles...almost as though they were considering ending the series there - the NES had faded from its prime and Wily actually got captured and sent to jail. Of course, they didn't (thankfully).
