yeah, this probably works, but you'd need to do more than a minute and a half or you'd have to do it multiple times a day. Not to mention it takes at the least 28-30 minutes to start actually burning any fat you have on your body, so a 30 min jog every day, is probably gonna do the same thing.
You would need to do this 10 times through with 30 seconds break interval between each set 3 to 4 times a week to see any proper results! Also eating is key. There is no such thing as easy training. Work for it.
Anyone struggling with their weight needs to read the new book by Sean Croxton. I'm a personal trainer and even I learned things from it. It's really an eye opener!

You don't get rid of belly fat with an abs exercise. You have to use diet. But an exercise that targets abs is still going to be good for keeping your abs in shape.

You don't get rid of belly fat with an abs exercise. You have to use diet. But an exercise that targets abs is still going to be good for keeping your abs in shape.

HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat low "GI" carbs throughout the day)
2) Choose exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls)
Ex. Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc.
3) Perform "HIIT" to boost metabolism.
