I cap sized when i palled the main sheet to hard and then the boat cap sized

carried on- I ran out of characters :-) I came off it by an inch,and my mate on sail went straight off, flying into the boat, and capsized it himself. Ever since I've never gone sailing in white horses.

I sailed these in Poole in England-not very stable are they? Me and my mate - both 6st at the time leaning out the boat all the way for fun-one tiny gust a WHHHOOOOOSHH! over we go. Stupid daggerboard-it doesn't even work. I think we capsized seven times in ten minutes-capsize, then another IN THE SAME GUST. Then ANOTHER that we turtled, our coach had to come over for that. Then we got back into the boat. Capsize. Then we turtled it again. SO we had to go in sitting on the mast.
