She says "I" and "mine" a lot for a being who says she is "part of a universal whole". I wonder if she shares the money she makes from her books and videos with her "universal brothers and sisters". Well.....probably not, but only her lawyer knows for sure.
Junk science. This woman is not a scientist. If there was anything in her "theories," the scientific community would be on it in a flash. Just another con-artist. Stick to fantasy fiction, Lynne.
@daithioned Yeah, that's so true. All scientists are wholly objective unlike the unenlightened masses who follow their emotions instead of their rational minds. Scientists as a whole are entirely free of strong beliefs, confirmation bias and conforming to peer pressure. Everyone with a theory top scientists don't agree upon are liars, manipulators and just out to get rich.
@nevernohijab Actually, it's dark matter. The universe has only trace amounts of antimatter and we know pretty much exactly what that is. Way to complete a syllogism.
Science is grounded in theory and knowledge. Lynne McTaggart and her ilk are just making this stuff up. They give everything quasi-scientific names and rationalise the hell out of their twisted, internally consistent fantasy worlds. The only people that will swallow it are the loonies and the uneducated public.
scientists don't just come to a discovery they research and focuse, they work for months, years and then they suddenly discover a new phenomena. its good that you bring this to our consciousness, see the guy called 95key on youtube, his videos are also great, focus is needed
Yes, "lame" has become somewhat of a slang term nowadays for anything "uncool", but it's a real word meaning hobbled or disabled. Ie, the duck couldn't fly due to a lame wing.
She's talking like she invented this concept. At least thousands of others have said the same thing. Still, many people don't get the message, so if it brings some of the skeptics around it will be good for humanity. She shouldn't be taking all this credit though.
It is unfortunate that you misunderstood the author in this little snippet of an interview. She most certainly is NOT taking credit for anything. Read her book The Field....the product of 8 years of research during which she traveled the world talking to scientists. Her book is an incredible achievement that you have to read in order to appreciate this video.

Scientists just stumbling in the dark? No. Just no.
Ostensibly, this is just like any other Secret-esque New Age pop-psychology idea I've seen so far. Hogwash.

@ANewHuman the dark? Yes. 75% of the universe consists of anti-matter. They don't even know what it is.

@nevernohijab - Oh.... 75 %? My physicist friend told me 68%. But what does he know?
Ooooooohhhh..... "They" don't know what it is, but I DO! And I'm not tellin' hehehehehee!

@djangothecat why not, darling?

@nevernohijab - Because silly. We are all ONE so there isn't anything that we know that you all don't already know. Enjoy yourself. Be happy. We are.

@djangothecat this is what Wikipedia states and is found repeatedly in various scientific articles.
Dark matter is believed to constitute 83% of the matter in the universe and 23% of the mass-energy
Now, what?

To place a scientific background regarding "The Field", I suggest you research "The Higgs-Field" (or Higgs Boson) of Quantum Physics.

Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind. Quote from A. Einsein
In other words Lynne is totally right
