It was at Harborough Carnival a couple of years ago. That's in Leciestershire, England.

since im allergec to mylar the only thing those balloons are good for is burning to ashes

That seems to be a very rare allergy, because mylar balloons are used where someone is allergic to latex. Are you sure it's the metallised nylon you're allergic to? (Mylar is a trade name for metallised nylon.)

@andrewburbidge metallised nylon is what im allergic to because one time i got too close to one and i started coughing to no end what so ever and thats how i found out i was allergec to them
