Same thing. Follow this tutorial to remove the HDD assembly. Then disconnect the cable from HDD/s and remove 4 screws to release the hard drive. For the RAM:
everything is in the video, 2 slots are reavealed after removing the back panel and 2 more under the keyboard

Just use this guide for memory swap, it's fairly easy. If you wish to populate all slots all you need is to remove the keyboard.

Is the m17x the same to change hdd and ram? Cause there is only videos of m17x swaps no m18x. Can u make one plz?
