  • great!!

  • Thank you!

  • Thanks for the upload. Nice castle and one of my 3 favorite places in England (along with Canterbury and York).

  • Da war ich kürzlich!

  • I want to go =D

  • Amazingly well done! You have a lovely cinemetographer's eye -- does the fortress part date back to the 1200s or 1300s, do you know?

  • I saw Kate Bush there. I shouted 'oi its Heathcliff' as I pissed off the battlements in her direction. The wind took it right into her face.

  • hi check out my vid its us (raven Tor) fighting at arundel doing normens (medieval)

  • Thanks for the viewing suggestion! (Pete)

  • I used to live hear that

We saw Garry Numan in the car park last time we went he parked right next to us

    it was very surreal

  • It's fun seeing somebody famous in a normal every day setting like that!

  • Your country has such fantastic old castles and cathedrals :) (Pete)

  • A beautiful Castle in a beautiful part of the country. I love it.

  • Thanks for commenting :) Glad you enjoyed the castle scenes; that's my favorite of the English castles I've visited. Have a great rest of the weekend! (Pete)

  • absolutely stunning!! Every time I see pictures of castles or older structures in any part of the world, I often think of what it would have been like to live in those days and I start feeling nostalgia for a time and place way before my time. Hmmm. . . . I realize that it wasn't all sunshine, lollypops and rainbows during a lot of those periods, but still it would have been interesting to have a complete understanding of those times and places. not just book knowledge but physical experience.

  • Thanks for your thoughts Brian! I love wandering around old England castles and often think the same thoughts, and about how many thousands of people have walked the same corridors thru' the centuries. It's amazing to see stone steps in the castles that have been worn down simply from all the humans who have walked there.

  • Great video Pete, we enjoyed our visit to the castle and I can see you did too!:)

  • I LOVE that castle!! :) Have you and Dominika had a chance to see Dover Castle yet? That's another of my favorites, and you can also tour the WWII underground tunnels, etc. along the cliffs. It's all WELL worth the trip :)

  • Not yet but that is a good idea, thanks!:)

  • Great video, as usual! Also, very nice selection of music! Beautiful castle. Thanks for the tour, Pete. :)

  • You're welcome Nancy :) I was pleasantly surprised to find a song like this in YouTube's music library; it goes pretty well with the video footage :) Have a great weekend! :)

  • Awesome castle!

    Awesome like ever! :)

  • Thanks Simeon :) This is one of my favorite England castles to wander around.
