  • @besttyler Iam still 15 but have advanced in weight I now bench 80kg but when I was doing 50kg I could do 3 sets of 8 reps

    Nice bro science. The only issue is damage/ to the growth plates/epiphysis when lifting with bad form. Assuming proper form weight lifting doesn't harm 10 year olds any more than picking up a heavy backpack or shopping bag would.

  • lol i'm 13 and i bench 45kg's which is 99 pounds i not lieing and i'm not the strongest in my class i know people that lift 60kg 132 pounds

  • nun of those count ur hands r placed wrong and ur soppose to go down slow and lift up slow evenly and u cant move ur legs like that u can hurt urself i learn it a while back cuz i bench 105 n messed up my shoulder
