As far as who's scarier I gotta say stevil only because when you think of Steve Urkel you think of funny, smart, & nerdy. Not a evil stealing soul dummy. When I first saw stevil I thought it was kind of cool. But when that lightning struck him & when he came to life honey I locked my doors soo fast it wasn't even funny! I was only 7 years old but I was soo freaked out that I had to sleep with my baseball bat! Honey I was ready to swing at somebody after I saw that!
