Valve is simply assholes. After i got the cheaters lament, 5 days passed and a pop up in-game told me that i got cheaters lament! i was like: what the hell? (no idea why, and this was before crafting) i clicked the discard button and the lament i got 5 days ago dissapeared! Sometimes, i just REALLY hate valve.

Part of the reason is because that 5% is for the entire TF2 community. This includes players who don't play anymore. The count even includes players who bought the Orange Box the week it came out, played once, and never again. The thing about it was, out of the majority of players who were actually playing, I'd estimate just under a quarter were affected.
