Trying to list them individually, like one would for K, is missing the point that they weren't there for your historical reference points before.
Plus there is already significant body of research on natural flows of elements.
Also I am surprised that you see any difference between monculture and land use. the concept that we are degrading natural systems is the principle, those are issues.
If the goal is to give us the boundaries of a sustainable society on the planet, then the theoretical point is always when activity isn't systematically going beyound what natural systems can regulate. Thiss is why you will never find the answer to the last two of your boundiars. Because the number is 0. Any systematic increasing concentration of man made chemicals will eventually reach the sustainability threshold.
Overall it looks like your team has done some great work, however I am surprised that considering the Natural Step was founded in Sweden you have implied that your work is new. All of your Boundaries are covered by the Frame work for Strategic Sustainable Development aka The Natural Step Framework. Also your work implies that we need to wait until we see catastrophic thresholds met before we can define them. This doesn't work very well as a planning tool.
