Wow. Take it easy turbo. It was a school project and we were assigned either yes or no, we gathered the info it was not my dad, and youre the American citizen who has to get his info from high school kids on youtube. Do some of your own research.
Thanks guys you convinced me...blankly reading from a prepared script your dad wrote and then supporting your argument with horrible skits that have no foundation in fact is pathetic, not to mention your creativity, production value and level of commitment is offensively inadequate...I've seen unconscious hobo's with more spirit. This may be the worst video on youtube. I'm voting YES on 22.
Actually, here's why you shouldn't support this proposition:
The City Redevelopment Agencies or CRA's- have a built in structure that actually syphons off any increases in property tax value, money that DOESN'T go back to the cities. The agencies are so mismanaged, that a whopping 60% of their funds have been spent on administration costs. It's not the State that we need to watch for in this one, it's those who stand to benefit if Prop 23 passes- the Redevelopment Agencies.

am gonna vote Yes tho....because a crisis is coming and this proposition makes it a tad harder for the state to rob the local government
