Dang, this is one of the videos I've been wanting to do for years. Mr. Laster is dead on about the exaggerated movement and not being able to get the weapon online fast. Yall remember slow is fast. Pay attention to this gentleman.
This boon has a freakishly extreme short torso. One shouldn't have to bunch up like a pretzel to retrieve your sidearm, perhaps a thigh holster would be better for those with short torso and long arms.
I dislike holsters and find the waist pouch the best way to carry.
Being a firearms instructor and former police officer, I have got to say this is one of the better videos I've seen. The draw is fairly sound. But, as was stated earlier, I would recomment keeping your off hand on your stomach, or in a position ready to push an attacker away; not over the top of the pistol. The person in the video is correct about the movements in his draw, or more importantlyl the lack of unneeded movements. The other thing to remember is different holsters change your draw.
This is a good video but to those watching he is doing something many instructors would consider potentially unsafe. To be specific when you draw you need to place your weak side hand on your abdomen with the top of your off hand at about where your rib cage meets. This is to ensure you don't muzzle your off hand when drawing the pistol. There have been instances where folks have accidentally shot their hands because they muzzled their off hand. Obviously this was trigger finger problem too.
they say in a highly dangerous situation you will shoot about 50% of what you would shoot on the range AT YOUR BEST with that being said the laser is a good choice especially at night...i reccomend crimson trace
This is a VERY helpful video! I've learned very much about marksmanship from your videos, and yours have been the most helpful I've seen on the internet thus-far! :)

@DoDilly188 Yeah I'm like that, (fairly long arms, pretty short torso) I much prefer a drop leg/thigh holster.

Since I very much respect Massad Ayoob's Stressfire training, the concepts being used her are very professional and very apt.

@gift3rs go to the playlists on the channel page and search for gun
there are two playlists by this guy that show up within the first ten results ;)
I believe this comment will link to one of them:
