The sunflower seeds come in different flavours, milk, plain and white.. and yes, I had them all in my packet. I think they have more choc on them than sunflower seeds though.

You're a brave woman to get those shots. Last summer my dad had a physical shceduled for me and when we went to the doctor's I was ok with everything else except the shot. I was so nervous and shaky that I didn't even get it. Ever since then I've been trying to summon up enough courage to go back and get it done but I've just haven't been able to. But now, after watching your video, maybe I will. Thank you.
Seriously, its only in your mind. I *hate* needles. But if i looked the other way as they were doing it, it just feels like a small pinch, its the odd feeling of the liquid going into your system that feels odd, but not painful. You should go in, you'll be even more healthy (:
