i tunes movie cost as much as the dvd does. i recently brought 'the help' from itunes and i paid $19.99 for it which the dvd cost the same. so why can't i burn it to dvd so i don't have to use my computer anymore or shell out more money for an apple tv. apple is really greedy.

@rania3830 they do it because the MPAA are a bunch of money hungry fucks. i mean i can understand that this costs them lots of money (people downloading), but i mean if you go out and purchase an authentic copy of the film, you are technically not breaking the law by making a copy for your own personal entertainment.

it's just a way for them to screw you some more so that you have to purchase the movie again... these kinds of people deserve to be ripped off.

@rania3830 and in my opinion, making people pay again for something they already purchased a legal copy of - is stealing.

fair use laws basically say that you should be able to legally make a copy of an authentic DVD you own. that comes from the DMCA. that law also says making software to circumvent copy encryption is illegal - but that's only in the USA. so you buy software made outside the USA - such as DVDFab and they can't do shit
