Did you put in some kind of anchor that makes it go right to the best part at 3:19 no matter where you click on the progress bar?

Actually I'm not sure of it, but a couple of months ago I noticed that you couldn't click a spot on the progress bar so that you hear that particular piece. I guess it has something to do with the video: when you put a video on, YouTube automatically takes some points where the frames of the video change. These are points that you can click on the progress bar.

In my 'video' it is always the same frame, so I think it's just on purpose that it takes 'the best part'.
