in 1986 when I was 16, I went to visit Mr Thomas at his home in Leland. We spent the day playing on his front porch. One of the most memorable days of my life.

Thomas is buried in Leland and memorialized by a headstone placed in 1996 by the Mt. Zion Memorial Fund and paid for by John Fogerty.
