Any time I'm feeling down and blue I log online and watch Kelly's Viennese Waltz. It always lifts my spirits. One of those feel good moments worth revisiting. Yeah for Kelly and Louis.

They sure like their personal narratives on this show, don't they? She's doing well. Praise to her partner too. I like his attitude and manner. He's a good teacher for her and as a partner he's brilliant. He's moves nicely (seems like a natural mover) but he's subtle and does everything he can to make her shine.

i always thought kelly was a bad ass but she showed all her colors on the show, mostly her vulnerability and passion. i really liked seeing her and how dancing changed her life. i forgot what i was reading but a writer quoted her saying, "Before everything was frightening. Now, everything is exciting." it's so amazing to see how world views can change.

I had very low expectations for Kelly. When I heard she would be on the show, I thought, "Ozzy Osbourne's wild child daughter, she'll be gone 1st week." Then, I saw this performance and I was blown away. It's like it's not the same girl. I thought she would lose steam after a few weeks, but near the end I thought, "Screw it! Kelly must live!"

Congratulations, Kelly! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

@jwhaler82 i think what happened was she was paired with the best partner for her, Louis Van Amstrel was the perfect match for her, if she whould have been paired with another pro dancer she might not have gone too final 3 like she did with Louis

gettting an 8 on the first dance is like getting a 10 in the later rounds...its extremely good..especially when a team gets an 8 on the first dance by Len who is the thoughest judge..

The first show NO ONE gets very high scores. The judges seem to withhold the higher marks until later in the season when the dancers have improved and the dancers always improve. Sometimes like night and day. But to get an "8" on your first go is really good.
