Did way too many contests throughout the year (11') to put on any real mass. I would like to see him do the Arnold and then wait until the Olympia, make some nice improvements.

He always come in with top conditioning. Just needs to add in some size and it's tough doing that in contest shape year round.

And by the way anyone who has a slight interest in IFBB Bodybuilding knows of Ronny Rockel. I'm sure he has a better following than Essa.

Obviously he has worked very hard and is in great shape but in judging him, you will see that his torso is too long and his chest not full enough just yet..his back also still needs much more detail...maybe another year or two and he'll be up there!

If you follow their advance you will improve, if you use drugs the improvements will be better, if not the gains will be less but still worth working for. I'm natural, I listen to them and I'm a 5'10 8% bf 195 lbs

Ronnie has a great shape with a nice flowing physique but needs to bring up his back detail and add a little more size to really challenge the top guys.

220 pounds will only get you so far but i wish the "rock" well for the up and coming arnold classic!
