  • how heavy are your bales weighing in at? and what size?

  • @landonfriesen707

Landon, the bales are 3*4s, according to the feedlot they went to that weighed the trucks, the straw had an average of 1,050lbs/bale.

  • nice vid dude i like the john deer

    nothing runs like a deer

  • Our company is based in Dalhart Texas. To give you an idea of how big we are, the yard we roll corn at we are currently using 4 tractors to pack 80,000 tons of silage and 3 more tractors to pack hmc.

  • how many acres do you guys farm and how many head of cattle do you have. By the way thanks for suscribing.

  • Hardly any compared to you!!

Down to only about 125 cow/calf pairs, then background our calves till they're yearlings so it's not uncommon to have 300 head on the place at once.

I did about a thousand acres of land this year. Like I said, nothing next to your operation.

Speaking of which, what is your operation, feedlot or dairy? Keep up with the videos.

  • Our company does silage packing for various feed yards through out the Texas panhandle and parts of Oklahoma. We also roll corn at two feed yards in dalhart. at one yard we use the 6 mill the other yard we use our 4 mill. we have more equipment than anyone within 650 miles that packs silage (tractors that is).

  • we got a old 4020 aand 7210 plus our 7910 and all we use that for is tillage

  • There is no such thing as a 7910. I'm assuming you mean either a 7810 or 7920.

  • we gat a 7210 jd we use for everything we got over 200 acers and over 100 head of cattle the 7210 and the 4020 jd is all we need nice tractor

  • How many pto hp do you need to run that baler and how fast are you running?

  • They say this baler can be pulled with "120 PTO Hp minimum; 150 Hp recommended" however this tractor has 140 PTO Hp and I don't think I'd want any less power ---- not at the speed I run at.

With the 4790 I can run at 12mph if the fields are smooth enough, faster with the new baler. I was doing 7mph in this video.

  • Very nice tractor. I got a John deere 6715,6420,5510,5420,5310,5225,5200 Very small tractors. But good enough to do the job in a 30acre Vegetable farm.

  • u do round bails if so put some on

  • look like u had a little blow by around 2;42. how do y'all like that bailer.

  • Yea, that was a very windy day!

We're very happy with the baler, but like anything, would love to upgrade to the new style (Agco 7434). Those are bloody brilliant.

There aren't (m)any other big squares in my area... about 150 round balers to every 1 big square.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

  • no problem, thanks for getting back

  • i was only joking dog

  • cool do u have any 9400 we have 4 jealous

  • Why would I be jealous, I couldn't give a shit what you drive. You could have 6 9630s and I still wouldn't be jealous. Not sure about over where you are, but over here most cattle farms don't need that many 4wds.

  • you need to change the radio channel bad..

  • lol, yes, very true.

  • were is the vid taken?

  • Alberta, Canada

  • Nice video Josh...JD is good working.....
