I hav falout 3 ps3 and it has a little mor bugs than the xbox version (i also hav xbox). I tryed fallout 3 on xbox using my brothers fallout 3 and it was better. O guys ps3 and xbox r almost the same the only difference that ps3 has a little better graphic and xbox has way better features

same sorta thing happened to me, i tried killing that guy dressed as a robot in canterbury with my terrible shotgun but he still had full HP at point blank range w/ vats then i used my dart gun and it one shot killed him loloroflolmao

I have had stuff like this happen before. Like when I use the Gauss Rifle from the Anchorage DLC, shoot a guy in the head while sneaking and it knocks him down but does no damage. My friend tells me the game is supposed to work like that, but I looked it up... it's not.

Nope, it was simply a grunt. That glitch is noted in a fallout website, lucky for me, because now I know that I'm not terrible at video games like my friends say I am.

its a glitch. yes the gauss rifle DOES knock enemies down on a critical hit but i had the no hp loss thing when fighting deathclaws. but if the glitch happens usually the shot after kills instantly

lol its because they havent been triggered yet, theres like a timeline mechanism where certain things happen and they havent been activated yet by the player. it happened in oblivion too because of the events timeline that they use

Same thing happened to me... Also, i noticed that when you shoot them in the head (only with infiltrator so far) there is no damage differentiation, so shooting the head or the body will have no different damage.
