yeh, I know the trouble your talking about, and almost always involves triplet combinations. Hehe, great vid man. playing paradiddles as 8th note triplets can lend itself to some weird phrasing round the kit, playing 8 strokes over groupings of 3, but yeh, can tie you up also. keep em comin : )

Ur kinda funny..... try to stay out of trouble...man.... and thanks for sharing the stick control exercises...... i find myself in trouble too ....especially working on complex ostinatos with one hand , while playing things over that......
