You want recon you have to get all vidmaster achivments for odst then go to bungie .net make an account and click the line the says unlock recon

Making an official map for matchmaking (bungie adopting a map on your file share)

And by completing all the vidmaster challenges.

Third, you got them mixed up; up close and personal for ascetic shoulders, overkill for ascetic and commando shoulders, killing frenzy for the commando head, and triple kill for commando body (somehow, I got the commando shoulders by default (don't believe me? Check my halo 3 achievements for halo

To get Katana and security armor u need to get 50 acheivments in halo 3 not 1000 gs it use to be only 50 acheivments that added up to 1000 but now there's more so it's any 50 acheivments
