Could it be said that Aikido is the most beautiful martial arts? Since I first watched Steven Seagal perform Aikido movements in his action films in the late 80's and early 90's, I literally became addicted to it - so smooth and calm.

I have long hair because I am a Native American Indian. And Yes I am well over 6ft tall. No they are not a part of Aikido. They are a part of me.
