  • IT DID hold its own on Saturday mornings, 'SOLISDEUS', from 1968 through 1970, later moving to Sundays for another season.

  • CBS was 78% H-B between '66-'71, with Filmation pulling in the remaining 22%. Plus, the H-B and Filmation Saturday Morning shows had the style/look of CBS, so you couldn't just move them to another network. I mean, admit it, WACKY RACES would NEVER play on , lets say, ABC, because it didn't have that "feel". Much like "SECRET SQUIRREL" was definately NBC, and NOT CBS. Same studio (H-B), but different "feel" for each network. (Much like FOX's Sunday night, now.)

  • If I recall this was part of CBS's Sunday morning cartoon line up. Back in the day CBS was trying to create a Sunday cartoon lineup. This was my favorite. Strong HB product. It could have held its own on Saturday morning.
