  • over hand close grip is traps n upper back not biceps, under arm is bicep n sum back, over hand wide grip is lats n sum upper back. are u x forces ?

  • @danwormald overhand close grip also works the forearms and brachalis muscle

  • @Laserz4All over hand is the outer forearm, under arm is inner forearm, great workouts the bar and dips and press ups and sit ups, all i do and i can see every muscle in upper body, u dont need weights unless u want bulk but who wants bulk, tone look is in now, all the best my freind, any more tips on here we can share is good, dan (uk)
