its called quakelive , a browser version of quake 3, but with more community features and so on.

What you need is in-game sound and frag messages and you got yourself a much better vid.

Maybe use audacity to record in-game sound, it's a hassle but it works.

cg_drawstatus removes the HUD and various other elements but leaves the frag messages.
