@romagnolo it shouldnt be. Just because he picked up a gun and the items in the kit doesnt mean that he gets his clthing (baclava, or hat, or the sniper's gillie suit unless you spawned as a sniper or picked it up from an allied supply cache) IMO i think thats the way it should have been.
