i CAN connect to xbox live but when i put a game it disconnect xbox live and tells me that i need to update and if i dont make that update it disconects me

and when i stop to play i go to the interfaz and it connects to xbox live again

i dont make the update cause i have fear cause i think something they can make to my console if i update and they see that my console can play pirate games

when u update for a game or xbox it isn't going to ban your xbox. when you turn on ur xbox you will not be signed into any accounts and it will say you are banned when u try to connect to xbox live. microsoft just bans ur console with no updates

that and one of the times i was banned i was playing sr2 and my friends list wouldnt load so i went to the dashboard and put it back in and it kept disconecting me and when i turned off my console i couldnt connect FUCK@
