its not skin, its actually a one peice suit that is skin colored. You can't tell in the vid, but that costuming isn't allowed unless its all one peice.

...if you read the rules all it says is that the costume must be "form fitting and suitable for equestrian sport" but you can tell by the lack of bunching/creasing that it's one peice.

exactly... hence the reason it's allowed. It wouldn't be if it was two pieces.

I'm not going to spark a debate, but what I qouted is pretty much all the FEI rules say about costume so tecnicallym I think one could posibly get away with it...
