  • lol.....its anything...

  • Hey MrLamchp I hope you have lots of seniority because if you don't it won't matter if your benefits are paid in full, you'll be laid off and walking the unemployment line. Educate yourself. The teamsters are telling us all lies and propaganda to serve their own purposes. They want to make money off of your hard earned dollar.

  • We're carhaulers and we just dumped the schemesters for the CAW. The vote was 383 to 183. We belonged to local 938 and our company had over 600 members. Brinks just dumped them too and that was another 1000. schemesters ain't what they used to be. Weak, corrupt, shitty union.

  • Wow, that's great for you guys if it's true. We're getting ready to dump the Teamsters for the CAW. We've had enough of those useless Teamster cocksuckers and we're not the only ones. They're losing members here left, right and center.

  • This is a great deal for us FedEx employees. I don't know why more aren't interested. I am tired of paying for my benefits for my family. Sign me up.

  • It's a lot more than that MrLamchp. Get all the facts, it not just about money. Want to end up like the auto workers? Give me a break. We have a great benefits package and a fantastic pension! Think about it!

  • nice title - workers talking to WOKERS LOL

  • what a bunch of crap. tell me what benefits that UPS has that FedEx doesn't have? We make at least the same amount of money if not more because we don't have to pay union dues. We don't have to go through a union to voice our concerns. We have feedback sessions, open door policies and fair treatment programs. I have worked for FedEx for 20 years. We have a better working environment that an unionized company. Our benefits and pension plan is better. Stop with the lies to try to sign up FedExers!

  • A collective agreement that binds a corporation to untenable conditions in tough economic times does not serve the best interests of all concerned. I don't know how anyone can perceive labour unions as fair if they prevent the corporation from engaging in negotiations with other parties to provide a workforce. Let's not forget that everyone in the union absolutely retains the right to terminate their employment with the corporation and go elsewhere for a livelihood. Hypocrisy!

  • I think it's called job, wage and pension security. All assisted by seniority and no subcontracting clauses.
