Leigh-Anne tends to go a bit flat and doesn't hold notes long enough, Jesy's vibrato is a bit unstable, Perrie has a mature voice and is flawless here, Jade goes off at times and doesn't hit the note at 3:03 but sounds pure, light and girly.

Harmony wise, it needs tightening up as some unsigned girl groups right here on YT (like Illumeci) could put these four to shame.
