  • You are so speaking my language now with that stromboli and calzone. Hey! 14 pieces! You ate all of that and didn't share? Hmmm? Hey! What's that fruit doing there? Fruit? Yuck!..........:) They both look yummy golden brown I can't tell if it was gluten free or not I just want one! 14 pieces and I didn't even get one? Drat!

  • @MrEZCooking Ha ha ha.... Yeah Rich I definitely see what you mean about ditching the fruit. It was all I could think of to put a healthy angle on the dish. Next time I'll toss the fruit and chalk up the dish as an indulgence. And yeah I did eat most of it myself. Next time I'll put some in the mail for you. ;)

  • @EZGlutenFree I only learned what fruit was last month! before I thought it was all made of wax and put in the middle of a dinner table as a decoration! I had no idea you could actually eat that stuff!................:)

  • @MrEZCooking Now you're bringing up wax fruits....The memories are flooding back........Me as little girl getting yelled at for digging my fingernails into the waxed fruit display at my Grandma's house. I might need some therapy now. Too funny.

  • @EZGlutenFree If you do go for the therapy make sure you clean the wax out from under your fingernails! You don't want to be caught with any evidence on you!

  • I never knew bisquick came in gluten free. I have always used flax seed flour as the base of my pizza dough which is way too runny in its uncooked form. I will try this recipe for sure

  • @WindRooster Bisquick just started their gluten free line last year I believe. It has worked out well in so many of my recipes. Try it out. It's pretty versatile.

  • Oh my! this looks absolutely delish!!! I love calzones!!! I could eat them every day :D I used to make them every day for lunch for my hubby until he complained that he was tired of them! Now after this, I'm going to start making them again!! They both look fantastic Anne! beautiful presentation on both of them!
