  • What's with Russian high intelligence rate?

  • Just say "um" alittle more, and you will sound just like an American!

  • this chick lives in VA, that's cool Hi.

  • украинцы рулят!)

  • You remind me of someone who came to the U.K. from western Ukraine when he was 10. Now he is 18 and he has no traceable Ukrainian accent. Even when he was 15, he didn't have an accent. I would not have guessed he was Ukrainian just by talking to him.

  • Let me guess. No fluoride in Ukrainian drinking water and no mercury in the vaccinations. She would easily pass an American on the street.

  • When she said "grammar", I thought she said "grandma". "my grandma is alright". Other than that it was good.

  • and of course she is amazingly hot and intelligent. All Ukrainian girls are like this.

  • OMG you sound like a native American. That's amazing!!!!!

ps you are totally beautiful too

  • @garybsg

Not native american lol! I know what you meant lol

  • Seriously, you are amazing. Learning any language is hard, but English like that in two years? That's awesome.

  • Украина рулит)

  • these people are smart born americans still cant speak english!

  • Very smart young lady, she will go far in life.

  • Your English is better than most Americans.

  • Glory to Ukraine!

    Glória à Ucrânia!

  • Where I live we have a lot of Ukranians staying especially through the summer. I dated a Ukranian girl for a while. Her English was nearly perfect. Just a bit of accent. If she had stayed a bit longer (I miss her) her language skill would have been indestinguishable from any American girl. But she had to return for school. Also her friends and family needed her back because she is a seamstress, and they need new clothes...

  • Virginia! =D

  • I'm also Ukrainian and it also took me about 2 years to learn English. It took my sister a lot longer though, so it all deppends on a person...

  • Defenetly imported from Europe. so easy to distinguish European woman compared to American woman.

  • That shouldn't say "from up to his death". That was a mistake.

  • My grandad was Ukranian, and from what I remember he had a pretty thick accent from up to his death. Seeing this makes me wonder how difficult it must be to learn to lose your natural accent.

  • She have some Skills :)

  • Thats it!! i cant take it anymore... im moving to Ukraine

  • how did she managed to get rid of her accent???

  • This seems like another fake titled youtube video, but who knows? There are very rare exceptions in language learning. Someone who can learn the language quickly and speak with a native accent is literally one in a million.

  • sounds American

  • So she's going to join the U.S. Intelligence Community and become a traitor to her homeland and people and help the US exploit them in whatever capacity she can....cyka.

  • @fyodor7680 The U.S. and Ukrainian intel communities have worked together to round up loose nukes.

  • @fyodor7680

the US does not 'exploit' Ukraine Ukraine would rather be friendly with the USA than Russia due to past issues.

  • @fyodor7680 САМ СУКА !!!

  • @fyodor7680 САМ СУКА !!!

  • @fyodor7680 Your an idiot... the most proloific spies in US history were born and bread right here in the goo old USA.

  • @fyodor7680 But she will become an American patriot. What's wrong with that? I wish you all the best in whatever good things you decide to do gril.

  • She speaks better english than half the people living in Detroit. No pun intended.

  • oh wow she speaks really well english, in 2 years. good job

  • I wonder if they have schools like this for an American who wants to speak Russian with the proper accent?

  • if anyone doubts she recently learned english, listen to the pauses, usually a characteristic of unsureness ("um.." and "like" also)

  • I think people learn other languages most quickly when it is an immediate necessity for everyday life. I have studied Spanish at school for 4 years, and can read and write with fair fluidity, but when it comes to speaking, although I know the grammar and vocabulary, it still takes me time to put it together. If I were to move to a Spanish-speaking country however, I'm certain that my verbal abilities would drastically improve in a short time.

  • Wow. She's beautiful and speaks excellent English. I'm ready to dump my nationalistic Ukrainian girlfriend.

  • why does everyone these days take criminal justice or forensics?

i think its just another crazy fad people have locked on to, watching too much CSI on five as well

  • Russian

  • Good luck with student debt and the bad economy in the U. S is about to get hacked lower ooh yeah! oh well!!! you win some! and You lose some! ta ta

  • She's a beautiful Ukrainian girl. Another outstanding product of the motherland!

  • WHAT??? I can barely, just BARELY hear a slight accent, but you honestly sound like you were raised here in America (The only reason I can pick-up on the slight accent, is because I'm extremely good at it. However, you don't sound any less American because of it. People all over America have different accents, and you fit right in. If you didn't say you were from the Ukraine, I would probably guess that you were raised here as a 1st generation American) You're pretty too, lol :-)

  • I remember her. she was in my english literature class at germanna.

  • She obviously started very young. It makes a huge difference when you start learning a language. I spent nearly 20 years in the US and still speak English with an accent. My kids on the other hand, spent only 9 months in Canada and they sound Canadians already. Amazing.

  • @Omarhada No, she learned English at 17 in ESL class at Germanna Community College.

  • @Omarhada not really!I came to US when I was 16 and I learned English from scratch! It was hard, but I managed and I speak with no accent. It depends on your ear. If you have something like dancing or musical hearing it will help you to get rid of the accent fast.

  • @Omarhada You're not very right. It depends on phonetics study. Do you know that different languages have a different amounts of littlle different sounds. Thus in English there are about 36 of them, & just a half part of it can sounds similar to your native language. No matter what age you are, - if you have the will to learn right pronunciation in different methods, then after just only one month you wouldn't have any accent.

  • you sound perfectly American. it's amazing!!

  • Wow she sounds like a regular american girl.I can hear very suttle accent but its really not noticable.Great job and good luck in school!!

  • NYSHK !

  • NYSHK !

  • NYSHK !

  • NYSHK !

  • NYSHK !

  • NYSHK !

  • NYSHK !

  • Is this for real? Because I would SWEAR that this girl was raised in the USA speaking English. If she learned how to speak so perfectly in two years, then I think she must be a prodigy. That, or a robot...

  • @shassell82 It's for real, and she's flesh and blood.

  • I can still hear hints of an accent in her. Most of all she is slim, so I would never think she is American. lol.

  • lol

  • @shassell82

There is actually a Ukrainin girl who goes to my school that moved to the country only a few months ago when she was 17 she is now 18 & although not perfect her english is VERY! good its amazing how she learned so quickly b/c she didnt know anything when she first moved here!

  • Usa English is like hamburger quality , can learn it under 10 min,

    ROFLOL!!

  • Wow now she is good looking! Ukrainian girls are really pretty!!!

  • Your American is great, now learn English :))))))

  • @madrigalbna Your American is great, now learn English LMAO!

  • if you didn't better you'd swear she was born here. bravo! you have worked very hard to assimilate the language properly. welcome to america.

  • She speaks Great American !!

  • You have excellent pronunciation.

  • Your english is superb!

  • So beauty

  • Congrats

  • I would kill to learn Ukrainian! We don't have the chance at my school :\

  • If you learn Russian, you would also be able to understand Ukrainian, because the languages are really close.

  • For someone who's only been in the US for 2 years, you've got a great accent! It's one of my dreams to learn Ukrainian....good job on the schooling and everything.

  • Wait why do you want to learn Ukrainian? Everyone in Ukraine should be able to speak Russian too which is better because countries such as Moldova and Russia itself speaks it too.

  • not for much my frand ;)

  • Це дуже нерозумно, оте, що ви написали. Можуть говорити російською за бажанням, але не повинні. І до чого тут Молдова?

  • The same reason as for German of French... Many educated europens speak English, yet respect and honor their native languages.
