too much gook in their products. lol I tried this and collection and its like putting globs of greasy lotion in your hair. the smell is odd.

Ok I know you posted a while ago. But I must ask. Why do you say it's too much gook in the products? This is the second review I've read that said that about pantene, and I also read another person saying it coats the hair with wax, and it's not good for the hair? I just bought the nature fusion line, and it made my hair really soft......:(

I never tried the nature fusion line, but the relaxed & natural line's daily moisturizer has a strange smell and it's really greasy. It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. I will skip that one then, lol. If you feel adventurous, try the nature fusion one. I really liked it, and it didn't leave a greasy feel....smells pretty good too. :)

Depends what's in it. I think that waxy that your describing is silicone (ingredients that ends in -xane, -ane, and -cone) and that can give the APPEARANCE of healthy hair, a bit deceiving. It also causes buildup and makes it difficult for the hair to breath and take in moisture which it needs, (esp, if your relaxed).

P.S. All cones should taken w/ caution EXCEPT a-cones, those r good, so if the ingredient has -xane, -ane, or -cone at the end BUT STARTS WITH AN "A" it's good.

Thankyou for the information. I had heard about the silicone ingredients from curlynikki's site before also. It's amazing how careful you have to be in selecting certain products, because of build-up, and your hair type...etc Thanks again. I'll be sure to research that as well. Blessings! :)

Their products in my opinion were much better when they had the amino stuff in it (I still dont understand why they discontinued that). My hair was defnitely much more healthier and was growing at a great rate. Now I only use their shampoos on my sew ins. Cuz on my natural hair it dries it out.

I have the shampoo,and my hair is natural and it has a drying effect after washing. But when my hair was relaxed it worked wonders. I suppose it depends on hair type. Check the ingredients I advise all who choose to use this product. But over all it is not a bad product.
