This video is well said and enables the ability to understand ADHD for many. I am an adult who has lived with undiagnosed ADHD until recently and I am wanting to learn as much as I can. This video hit home to me in so many areas and I actually cried hearing things that finally made sense about my life. this video is absolutely brilliant, to truly understand the condition, is to understand like any disabilty, it may make life harder but definately not obtainable with the correct support. Discipline is necessary to ensure good growth of the fucntion of the brain. Retraining the brain is achievable with early diagnosis and a good structure and routine.
