@ johnnydepplovesickne when putting a tattoo on a sim click on advanced mode and there are two sliding bars one for how big or small it is and the other for how clear it Is (can't remember what either of the slidings bars are called) hope it helps :)

You need "Ambitions" expansion pack installed. It includes, tattoos, new jobs, new clothes. You can also search around modthesims. You should get Ambitions expansion anyway, cuz it's Good!
