This could be a major step towards a perennial garden in the raised beds! Just fill it in with more perennial food plants (strawberries, horseradish, and some self-seeders), toss in some ground cover, and let it grow wild : )
I've been thinking hydro for everything but root crops which would stay outside in the soil. Your raised beds look like they cover a large area. Come on, you have to put something else in there ;-)

@garygardens The beds measure 3ft wide by 24ft long not including the garlic bed. It kinda is calling for something. We will have to see.
