They require the windows to be down. My speeds are about 55mph at the slowest to 125mph at the fastest. When I'm redlining 3rd gear we're going about 100-105mph.

Nope, not a race. It's an open track day, events like this basically anyone can come out and drive their car. And you're right, it's not aggressive. It's designed for people to have fun and drive their cars fast and safely. Since everyone there obviously likes to drive fast of course you get into fun battles sometimes, but the basic rule and courtesy is you let people pass that are faster. Also sometimes passing is limited to certain places, only 4 straights in this video, for safety.
