Thanks man, she passed away on 11/08/08. We just had a vigil for her in her neighborhood since it had been 2 months to the day. Despite it being 20 degrees outside we were all able to share & laugh at great memories we had with her. She's the 2nd friend ive lost in the past 2 years. It was me and my friends Chuck and Dub hanging out in a parking lot when Dub put this CD on in Chuck's car. My long-time girlfriend had dumped me a few months before and I was still hurt. I sat on the ground crying with Dub on the ground next to me and Chuck in the passenger seat with the door open. THey knew that even though I was crying, it was good that I found someone else who understood.

According to a posting on the MySpace page of former Cold frontman Scooter Ward's new project The Killer And The Star, the original members of Cold will reunite next year to record a new studio album, tentatively due in the fall of 2009. Cold will also release a collection of b-sides and other rarities early next year via Ward's SonicStar label.
According to their myspace page, they are getting back together for one more album and possibly a tour. The cd should be out in the fall of 2009. I can't wait.

I think Scooter wrote this song for his sister because she had cancer and wrote most of the songs in her room where they grew up. Must say it was a fantastic album, not like their other stuff, but its a shame they split.
What I love about this song specifically is because Scooter is just letting you into his soul and every time you hear the song I feel like I'm seeing things only he sees. This video very heart-felt, a great tribute video to a really great band. 5 stars.

First time i have heard this song, lost my dad when i was 5 years old and im 15 now...i thought i get get over it just so hard when you get to thinking about him and having to be raised by your mom by herself without ever knowing what its like to play baseball or football with a father of your own instead of your friends dad...i guess you could say im jealous of what everyone else has but i think it changed me as a person to respect people because they will not always be there.

I think Scooter wrote this song for his sister because she had cancer and wrote most of the songs in her room where they grew up. Must say it was a fantastic album, not like their other stuff, but its a shame they split.

What I love about this song specifically is because Scooter is just letting you into his soul and every time you hear the song I feel like I'm seeing things only he sees. This video very heart-felt, a great tribute video to a really great band. 5 stars.
