I work at a specialized clinic where we treat children with neuromuscular disorders; we are already being told by insurance company's that the children's therapy will not be covered outside of the tiny bit of school therapy they receive. It's heartbreaking.

So, the Michigan Legislature wants to cut the funding for health care for these kids ... again. I guess if we continue to cut taxes, these kids will magically have health care, right? Right? Give me a break.

These people already have services through Medicaid. What the families are talking about are cuts that will remove many of the services and supports that are already in place. Not "magically having health care".
