Future Mikuru said that Kyon shouldnt become too friendly with her, leading Haruhi to get angry. Mikurus message here was "Im sory it's all my fault" meaning the last day at the club room when Kyon and Mikuru was on messing togheter on the computer (which Haruhi saw). And well...
