Steps:

Eyeliner and Eyebrows

then you are supposed to put on your mascara

Then the eye shadow (if its crappy and it falls on top of your mascara, take a q-tip and run it over your eyelashes to get rid of the powder) Do this after the mascara because if you did it before, you would end up ruining it

After that you put on the concealer

And then the lipstick...so I guess you got one of the steps right!!
