@TheTurtlelover09 ok cool and theres no problems with them i have heaters to its just that i was reading a book about turtles and it says to lower the heaters down to allow them to go into hibernation but i guess they was wrong. thanks for the help;)

hi, i have a turtle that my family caught in a lake a few years back. I think hes a least 5+ and i want to return him back where he came from but for most his life hes been in shallow water with a thick stick and rocks. he doesn't get to swim freely so i tried putting him in deeper water and he just sank... so i tried to help him but he just won't swim up to the surface. Im afraid that he might drown if we let him go right now. Any suggestions?
