I think Jake has done more than enough to prove that he can do it on his own actually. Nothing about dad's shoulders in fact he has avoided all mention of Bob in every interview. As for Donovan, what a prat. Burst into tears when Bob started singing "Its all over now Baby Blue" and never recovered.

i dont see the need for sons doing music when they got a dad or mom who are real artists..i mean its the writing ability and personality that makes Bob Dylan special..it cant be past on to a son..its an ability. so why should a son go into music..he will only face his fathers / mothers fans and will never be at the same level. so why should we care ??
