"Reel de Mme Renauld" is the right title, I am pretty sure. I just compared this piece with the original played by Joseph Allard and it sounds quite the same. Except of course that the playing is fairly different. I would say that this way of playing is almost as good as the original.

I think these tunes are the cuckoo's nest hornpipe and Reel de Mme. Renault.

It's not the Cukoo's Nest but rather Murray's Fancy Hornpipe. It's even written on Carignan white album.
