I remember when this was first discovered. It was an amazing device at the time.

But now, they've waited too long to release it. Apple, probably due to the pressure from this device, has already surpassed it's capabilities. GG, Zii.

@fireclub493 it could be if it wanted to but right now I think they're just marketing it as a very powerful PMP, also they released some phones in the Asian market so I don't think they want to compete with themselves by making it a dedicated phone

I'll buy it once creative releases it- which will be once this amazing piece of technology is common place and no longer high tech just like creative always does. Because creative are idiots...that make really good stuff but really bad decisions...

@greyknight24 They're doing their best... it's not that much of big company, you know.

They are not idiots, so far ZiiLabs have been great at getting the help of the community to catch up... plus they still made and have the exclusivity over the most powerful and energy-efficient processor for a portable device. The processor is the most important piece of hardware, just wait and see, this stem cell thing is future-proof and lot more than you think.

@devouringone3 its not the hardware I'm talking about, yes there small but they need to advertise more in more than just print ads. I would just like to know what they are waiting for, weather it be more user made applications are enhanced OS firmware updates ect. I'd happily buy it right now even if it wasn't fully baked but with a promising future of community and creative support. I can't wait for this device to come out!

I told you man, they are not "waiting" for anything, they are just restricted to having less people in the company and being less productive, being slower, less flashy, even if they are getting very ambitious with their Zii stemcell thing, picking on the biggest names like Samsung, Cowon, Apple and MS.

They have quality and not quantity... and I can't wait either for the quality to become a consumer product, lol.

@devouringone3 yeah i know there small but they would get bigger if they actually marketed more- the only people that know about this are people who have some brand royalty to creative or people who have been told about it by the previous group of people. Yes the flexible architect processors are future proof which is why im not too sad about the wait (also if you check wikiP it says this October so I'm guessing this holiday season we'll be able to get our hands on one :)
